Pexels The longest month of all seems to be January. In the past, I would often feel sluggish, quiet, and sometimes dreary when the first month of the year arrives. It may just be me, but it's like a recuperating period from the huge festivities of the previous months. But it's not at all bad. In fact, I find it useful that I feel this way because now I'll have the time to reflect and choose the direction I want to head to moving forward. It gives me an opportunity to spend time with my thoughts and become comfortable with my own company without the heavy feeling of needing to accomplish anything grand. Speaking of direction, I've come up with what I want to focus on for this month. These are simple tasks that need to be done or habits that I've started to build consistently.
