A new home.
These three words have currently etched themselves in my heart. For the past few months since the year 2021 started, we've been keeping our hands full in preparing our humble abode. Travelling from the North to the South, with Alex patiently driving and safely bringing me back home (until the wedding).
This space will soon be filled with new and wonderful memories.
There is nothing but gratitude and awe that occupies every crevice in my being because now, we can gather our loved ones and celebrate life moments in a bigger space. We can unleash our creative spirits more as the breathtaking view of the sky and the mountain greets us with impeccable confidence every day. As we sip our cup of coffee in the morning, there is nothing but thanksgiving to the Lord for all His goodness, providence, and unfailing love. In each rising and setting of the sun, we will always be reminded that life is beautiful, as each ray of light seeps through the clouds, gently caressing our faces.

As Alex and I enter a new chapter in our lives, we hold dear to us the amazing people behind this magnanimous blessing. Alex's mom, Tita Hazel, the creative mastermind, an unstoppable force, and a generous mother. Alex's dad, Tito James, the calm breeze, and an adventurer. My mom, Estela, the gentle prayer warrior, a woman filled with so much love, faith, and happiness. My dad, Tito, the great pillar of support and strength. My little sister, AJ, the most patient and thoughtful person I've ever known.

Their guidance, support, and love - which they generously share - are some of our most cherished gifts. Without them, we wouldn't be able to reach where we are right now in life. Yes, there may be new hurdles to take, greater obstacles to face, and harder roadblocks to overcome. But I know deep in my heart that we can overcome them together because we have each other, we have the love of the people around us, and we have God.
